    Default Stacking physical cash

I believe that stacking physical cash will be very precient. Consider this to diversify your PM stack.

Considering the the bank runs we are now seeing in Europe it is not a bad idea at all to make a preemptive strike. But I don't want to be the guy holding cash in the case of QE3. Who is best prepared? The ones who can defend on multiple fronts.

That is why you would be holding cash. QE3 will provide many opportunities for making a huge profit with it.

Now that the dollar is over 80 holding cash sounds like a good idea, but it is a 180 from what most people around here were advising a few months ago. My philosophy is to always have an emergency cash reserve available. Too many around here have 100% invested and often take a hit selling on down markets.
You never look back, you keep going foreword.

Exactly. In my opinion, you are diversified with cash and PMs. Notwithstanding PG's advice to have income producing assets.

Not only is the FRN now a "dollar", but it is also "physical" and "cash"!

Mmmmm! is there anything it can't do?

    .
The USD buys things. The lower prices go, the more it will buy. Seems pretty simple to me.
