The Kitco offices are now resuming business as usual, all technical difficulties have been solved.

The call center will be back up and running within the next 5 minutes (assuming it isn't already), and Customer Service Reps will be on hand to help.

my take is: Ben Bernanke was to speak today and the last speech made Silver and Gold rise... maybe just maybe, Kitco anticipated something...

Good thing I am not a conspiracy theorist: my electricity went out just as he concluded the formal speech and just as he began the Q&A.

It came back on about 15 minutes later.
