It may be that no new problems are occurring and these are residual that will have to be accepted.

That happens every day at the same time. It occurs at 12 midnight EST which I think is 16 hours behind down under so that would be 4pm - if I can add this late at night.

Maybe they do a system/server backup every night at midnight and that's what's creating the problem.
