Lightbulb Please update your email address

In the next few months we will be checking our forum membership and removing members who we can no longer contact by email address. It is very possible that members have changed their service provider or email address since they registered. We ask that you take a moment to update your email address through the User Control Panel now. To do that follow these instructions:

    - Go to the User CP
    - Select Edit Email and Password
    - Change your email address (You can check which email address is on file here also.)
    - Be sure to click on 'Save Changes'

We thank all members who take the time to check that their email address is current.

Hi, my old name muntvriend site on one of my other computers said ( now already some time ago) :
" yr password is 294 days old and has therefore expired. plse change yr password using this page "
Then opening that page they ask current password.
When i try whatever passworfd it says there is a mistake,
and then to find out what my password could have been i have to What do they mean exactly by PASSWORD ?
my Muntvriend name or the pin.
Ps I am a PC user NOT not a IT technician nor professional, and most of us using a PC are seen from the software and hardware angle amateurs so it is always good to state in full hat thins mean and where to find the thing in question, sometimes simple things are missing , e.g sometimes an automatic e-mail form comes up and you write, but when you want to click on the dispatch icon, there is NO such one, trivial you will say, yes, trivial but those who make those otherwise fine programs forget sometimes the essential thing: the fact that the nice set up must be useful.
