Default New California tax hike...on metals

This is an update on the threshold for the metals tax price hike. Old was a 1,500.00 and over to beat the tax. Now, they've raised it as off Jan. 1st. 2023. But it has not been implemented as yet.

    Watch this for details.

Florida is $500 to beat the tax.

Wrong, it's been implemented. I think in May. While ordering 1 gold bar last week, I was surprised to see tax added, as I was spending just under $2K. I called, and they told me of the new rule. So I ordered 2 bars. Apparently, the rules have it that they reset by $500 whenever inflation is calculated to have increased that amount.

This does not help poor people wanting to save, that's for sure. It's a lie that California cares about the poor. They want the poor to be in debt and do undocumented work. And they can live on the street such as to learn to be grateful for any handouts they get from their masters of illusion.

One more reason that I'm glad to see the California border is behind me. Tax everything that doesn't move seems to be their solution to self inflicted destruction. Twenty five years living there enjoying the Sierra Nevada and other beautiful places couldn't keep me from selling up and getting the heck out of there twelve years ago. Sad to see such a mess that they've turned themselves into. But some people just don't understand that they have created their own pig pen. Next move we do will be to seek the reddest of red states and hope that those the F'ed Wackfornia up stay far far away.

Be careful who you invite, Max... They are like vampires, once invited in, you have to run a stake through their heart to get rid of them.

    Maxing welfare kills wellfare.

Our whole western world is nowadays destroying its wellfare, but most do not yet understand it.

Maxwell, I hope the idiots in Albany, NY don't get the same idea as Wackyfornia and change the tax exemption for bullion for anything over a grand. They normally do follow the land of fruits and nuts and in any case rarely miss an opportunity to collect more tax. Since my wife has now retired we no longer have any real ties to this part of NY except that it is close to the wife's sister, down in PA.
