Should one feel secure using a bank that has no physical presence? No front office, no back office, no branches, no door anywhere to go through... or even knock on?
From the CEO to the janitor (well actually they would no longer have a janitor) - everyone works remotely. Could be from a Vail resort this week to a ship in the Caribbean next week. If the firm gets into hot, or illegal, water there is no where for LEO, regulators, et all to raid to review documents, records etc.
Yes I get that banks in general are sketchy etc. But not having a physical presence would take it to a whole new level of sketchy it seems.
