What a joke this is...anyone believe these swings?? I dont.
I can see it going down, it always moves lower faster than it goes higher...never seen so many quick recoveries so instant after a dip.

I used to play the seasonal swings in the natural gas market via some proxy companies. This year, I got out & stayed out because things were so politicized that the market forces I previously understood, no longer had any real influence. To put the cherry on that cake, I now read this -
"While European NatGas prices have fallen in recent weeks, they remain extremely high relative to 'old norms' as Russian supply restrictions amid EU self-sacrificing sanctions are leading to fears of deaths and starvation as 'winter is coming'.
However, things are a little different in the US where Bloomberg reports that booming production in the vast Permian basis known as Waha is overwhelming pipeline networks, creating a regional glut of the fuel.
That glut has meant that, according to traders, Waha gas was trading for as little as 20 cents to 70 cents per mmBTU this morning (which compares to around $5 for the US benchmark NG contract and around $30 in Europe)..."

The DOW is wild this year, bounced off 30k, hit 34, bounced off 29 twice, back up to 33, since June. A bit of a tech crash is in session, who knows how that will play out, their are so many technology companies now. Energy stocks are hot, assuming airline stocks took off, something has to.

Soon as "they" take their thumb off the scale, the market plunges.
The smoke and mirror has to survive just a little longer....perhaps till January when a new congress and agenda begin.
