I don't order from the U.S. Mint, either. It's been many, many years for me now. They're a rip-off and don't care about the wants and needs of collectors.

03/05/21 The day I sold ALL my decades+ accumulation of silver; bars and Maple Leafs.
It's been gold ever since.
PS. RCM 10 oz silver bars were valued the same as random manufacture. NO premium reclaimed...a loss.
I learned a lot since I was responsible for getting bars at my LCS.
Gold. The only money that matters. The only money that lasts.
Is 7% a fair premium for an AGE today?

At some point we have to wonder: has physical disconnected from paper?

As Shades has reminded us - just check with your refiner. If you can get near spot, not so. Bullion price is another matter, it is not the base physical.
“Of all the contrivances for cheating the laboring class of mankind, none has been more effective than that which deludes them with paper money.”Daniel Webster (1782-1852)
Silver is silver, gold is gold. 1 oz silver rounds are available for just over $29 each in qty 100. That's $9 each savings over ASE's and the exact same amount of silver at 0.999 pure. That's what I found in 2 minutes looking. No doubt there's even better deals if you look real hard and long.
