Sure, premiums on ASE's and such have remained high, I guess production not enough to keep up with demand?
However look at 100 oz and even 10 oz bars, and you'll find reasonable premiums, sub $2.5 or even $2 over common to find.
Aside from special when I can find, that's all I get now, the buy sell spreads on Eagles are just to high, and in any case, the bars are easier to handle.
And if I could not find low premiums on bars, I would go with silver casting grain as you can get direct from refiners, no reason to be paying 25% premiums on what was once our common currency.
