    Why lithium price soared ? Because of high demand of EV batteries from China.

    It would seem that a major Nickel default on LME has prompted the clearing house to rejigger the rules, suspend trading for a few days & implement price controls, unless this guy is full of hot air.

    Who is the whale that defaulted & is being protected?
    How thin are the physical stocks?
