January 10th, 2022 - Vancouver and Hong Kong – Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSLV; OTCQX: RSNVF; FRA: 4ZC) ("Reyna'' or the "Company") is pleased to report results from its district-wide selective jasperoid-based sampling program at its 4,831 ha 80% Earn-In from Northern Lights Resources, Medicine Springs Project in Nevada. The program aimed to determine if the jasperoids signaled a distal expression of a deeper mineralizing system. The results reveal a classic CRD Silver-Lead-Zinc-Copper zonation and outline the NE-SW trending structures that channeled mineralizing fluids. Combining these results with the lidar-like survey highlights an 800-hectare area where targets are being developed for the upcoming drilling season.

"The results of this selective sampling program are some of the best I've ever seen from CRD jasperoids. They appear to support our thesis that what we see at Medicine Springs is high-level leakage from a multi-stage mineralization center at depth,” said Dr. Peter Megaw, Reyna’s Chief Exploration Advisor. “Jasperoids typically mark a geochemically-zoned shell around many CRDs worldwide. This sampling program appears to have narrowed us down to an area with consistently high metals values where we will focus some additional fieldwork leading up to an aggressive drilling program, which we hope to permit and drill in 2022."

Medicine Springs hosts Carbonate Replacement Deposit (CRD) mineralization exposed at a very high level marked by well-developed multi-stage NE-SW trending jasperoid-barite veins. Systematic sampling (657 samples) of these veins throughout a 6 by 6 km area returned very strong results for Silver (37 samples returned over 66 g/t), Lead and Zinc, with modest Copper along a prominent NE-SW-trending structural network (See Table 1 and Figure 1). The best results are concentrated in an area about 3 x 4 km, which extends over 2 km to the east and south of the area of historic prospecting and exploration drilling. The results appear to reflect a classic Copper-Zinc-Lead-Silver zoning pattern potentially related to the system's intrusive source. Definition of targets to permit for drilling in 2022 will be based on these results combined with a reinterpretation of existing geological and geophysical data, a Lidar-like survey, and additional detailed mapping and sampling. "

Part 2

"Medicine Springs Jasperoids
Jasperoids (pervasively silica-replaced limestone) are a high-level and distal alteration style typical of many CRD systems. They tend to be geochemically zoned with respect to the intrusive source and major mineralization fluid channelways, making them a useful sampling basis for determining system-wide zoning. At Medicine Springs, well-developed and laterally continuous jasperoid veins and pods were recognized along multiple parallel NE-SW trending structures within an area of about 6 x 6 km. These veins extend well beyond the areas of historic small-scale mining and very shallow drilling, so Reyna sampled them systematically to determine if a mineralization center or centers could be defined.

The sampling showed that many of the jasperoid veins are multi-stage, with episodes of structural movement separating passage of repeated pulses of mineralizing and altering fluids.The individual jasperoid stages were sampled separately, and certain stages were found to have stronger geochemical signatures than others. The sampling shows very strong results for Silver, Lead and Zinc, with lesser Copper concentrated in an area about 2 x 4 km aligned with several parallel NE-SW-trending structural zones. The samplers also documented that the number of stages shown by individual jasperoid veins is zoned with respect to these structural zones. The highest number of stages corresponds to the zones of strongest geochemical results. Importantly, the strongly anomalous area extends over 2 km to the east and south of the area of historic prospecting and exploration drilling and leads right up to the limit of the outcrop.

The geochemical results reveal a broad classic zoning pattern from northeast to southwest of Copper to Zinc to Lead to Silver to Manganese. Pathfinder elements (As, Sb, Hg, Se, Te, V, W) are also strong throughout the anomalous zone, and work is underway to determine their relationship to possible “hot spots .”Tungsten (W) is high locally and may be indicative of proximity to major fluid channelways. The most robust consistent copper values cluster near the northeastern limit of outcrop, suggesting the system may continue under alluvium for some distance.

Combining these initial jasperoid results and the lidar-like survey with existing geophysics, geological mapping and soil sampling alongside follow-up additional sampling will refine the zoning patterns and help define drilling targets in the principal area of interest. "

"January 17, 2023 - Vancouver and Hong Kong – Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSLV; OTCQX: RSNVF; FRA: 4ZC) ("Reyna'' or the "Company") is pleased to report high-grade silver results from the initial four-hole, 1,850m, Phase 1 reconnaissance drilling program at its 4,831 hectare, 100% owned Medicine Springs Project in Elko County, Nevada. This is the first time Medicine Springs has been drilled under a modern district-scale/ore-systems approach, so the company spaced their holes widely at the Golden Pipe, Silver Butte, and Silver King Target areas to determine broad system parameters (Figure 1).

Holes drilled to depth cut 400-750m of high potential carbonate host rocks (Fig. 3).
The first hole (MS22-001) cut the best mineralization, which reported 2.4m (drilling thickness) grading 1,021 grams/tonne (31 oz/T) Silver.
Hole MS22-002, drilled 1.75 km to the southwest in the previously undrilled Silver Butte area, cut 7.4m (drilling thickness) averaging 186 g/t Ag plus 3.7% Pb and 1.0% Zn, including 4.7m of 274 g/t Ag plus 5.6% Pb and 1.5% Zn (Table 1).

The planned 3,000 metre campaign builds on the 2022 reconnaissance drilling program, which found high-grade distal-style mineralization in a thick carbonate host rock package-important indicators of a significant Carbonate Replacement Deposit (CRD) (See Press Release of January 17, 2023).

The 2023 drilling program focuses on the structural framework of Medicine Springs, including:

The relationship between the prominent NE trending jasperoid-hosting structures (See Press Release of January 10, 2022) and recently recognized N-S trending alteration-controlling structures to identify the dominant mineralization pathways.
Testing and ground-truthing the recently completed MT geophysical survey in the underexplored zone south of the historic Golden Pipe workings.
Following near-surface oxidized mineralization to locate primary sulphides.


The initial key areas of interest will be the southern Golden Pipe corridor, Silver King, Silver Butte, Pediment, and North Zone (Figure 1.). Further drill targets may emerge from on-going geophysical interpretation and drill results.

"September 6, 2023 - Vancouver and Hong Kong – Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSLV; OTCQX: RSNVF; FRA: 4ZC) ("Reyna'' or the "Company") is pleased to report multiple, near-surface, high-grade, native silver-bearing intercepts in three of the initial holes of its 2023 Batopilas Drilling Campaign. Intercepts include Reyna Silver’s widest to date (BA23-58: 9 m of 616 g/t Silver within 30 m of 218 g/t Ag) and the discovery of a new, blind Native Silver vein reporting 6,440 g/t Silver across 0.2 metres (BA23-57). The holes were drilled in the historic Silver Zone on the district's west side. Following the end of the rainy season, drilling is expected to resume in both this area and the recently discovered Gold-Silver Zone on the district's east side.
The targets reported here resulted from a year-long systematic geological re-evaluation of the district, including mapping, sampling, structural, and geophysical studies (See Press Release from June 29, 2023) triggered by Reyna’s 2022 discovery of significant gold (See Press Release from April 12, 2022). Gold was previously unknown at Batopilas, famous as Mexico’s richest Native Silver District, historically producing over 300 Moz of Silver with an average grade of 1,500 g/t Silver.

Highlights from the initial 2023 Batopilas Drilling Campaign (See Table 1).

Hole BA23-58 cut 9 m of 616 g/t Silver within an overall structure of 30 m width running 218 g/t Silver, including 1.4 m of 1,405 g/t Silver (See Table 2).

Hole BA23-57 hit a new Native Silver vein grading 6,440 g/t Silver across 0.2 metres in a blind structure between the historically important Escritorio and Todos Los Santos veins. There were also multiple additional intercepts on the way to the new vein (See Drill Results Explanation below and Figure 3).

Hole BA23-60 cut 0.3 m grading 3,430 g/t Silver 65 m above the Escritorio Vein.

(“Gryphon”) on the Gryphon Summit Project (the “Project”) located in Eureka and Elko Counties, Nevada. The Project comprises 1286 unpatented and 8 patented lode mining claims located in the Diablo Range, which lies in an area of excellent infrastructure between the Carlin and Eureka-Battle Trends of north-central Nevada.

The 10,300-hectare Gryphon project covers 8 by 16 kilometres of ground laced by well-developed, variably mineralized structures. The structures show strong evidence of having sequentially controlled multiple mineralizing events, including Carlin-style Gold; Silver, Lead, Zinc, Copper, Gold Carbonate Replacement veins (CRDs); and stratabound Nickel-Zinc mineralization (See Figure 2). This style of overlapping mineralizing events is a key element of significant deposits like Ruby Hill, which lies just 70 km along trend southeast of the Gryphon project in the famous Eureka District, now known for its overlapping Carlin-style gold and historic CRD Pb-Zn-Ag deposits (See Figure 1). In addition, the Gryphon project contains an interpreted stratabound Nickel-Zinc sequence, providing a critical mineral opportunity in one of the best jurisdictions in the world (See Figure 3).

Historic exploration at Gryphon Summit was by Majors who focused on the gold and undertook extensive geological, geochemical, and geophysical programs. These resulted in localized shallow drilling programs, several of which showed strong results that were never followed up. Golden Gryphon Exploration subsequently recognized multiple superimposed silver-lead-zinc-copper and nickel mineralization events combined with a possible porphyry driver. Reyna Silver and Reyna Gold plan to deploy the first-ever integrated ore-systems approach here to unravel the individual components of this large, composite district-scale project.

The Agreement:

The Agreement gives Reyna Silver and Reyna Gold, jointly, the ability to earn up to a 70% equity interest in the Project (the “Option”). Reyna Silver and Reyna Gold have formed an unincorporated joint venture for the purpose of holding the Option (the “Reyna JV”). The Option is subject to the Reyna JV performing the following by April 30, 2027: (i) expending a total of US$9,500,000 on the Project; (ii) making cash payments to Gryphon in the aggregate amount of US$1,100,000; and (iii) issuing a total of 1,200,000 common shares in the capital of Reyna Silver and 1,200,000 common shares in the capital of Reyna Gold to Gryphon. Upon completion of the Option, Gryphon and Reyna JV will enter a joint venture to continue exploration and development of the Project. See below for the detailed terms.

Reyna Silver and Reyna Gold already share a number of technical team members and advisors; for efficiency, Reyna Silver will assume the technical lead of the Gryphon Summit project. Reyna Gold will contribute both capital and their gold expertise, including advisor Tony Longo, whose experience in Carlin-style Deposits will significantly benefit the project. The structure of the agreement is designed with the intent to focus funds for the first two years into the ground for exploration."

Vancouver and Hong Kong - Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSLV; OTCQX: RSNVF; FRA: 4ZC) (“Reyna” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to amend the terms of its option agreement dated August 20, 2017 (as previously amended, the “Option Agreement”) with Messrs. Stephen Sutherland and Herb Duerr (collectively, the “Optionors”), pursuant to which Reyna has the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Optionors’ Medicine Springs project located in Nevada, USA (the “Property”). The Option Agreement was initially entered into between the Optionors and Northern Lights Resources Corp. (“NLR”). Reyna acquired and assumed NLR’s interest in and to the Option Agreement and the underlying Property pursuant to an option interest acquisition agreement dated December 14, 2022 (the “Acquisition Agreement”), between NLR and Reyna. Further details of the Acquisition Agreement are disclosed in the Company’s new releases dated December 15, 2022 and January 5, 2023. The amendments to the Options Agreement were effected by an Amending Agreement dated November 10, 2023 between the Optionors and Reyna (the “Amending Agreement”)

The Amending Agreement defers a portion of the USD$450,000 cash payment that was previously due in February, 2024 and also converts a further portion to Reyna common shares. As a result of the Amending Agreement, the remaining mandatory and option payments required under the Option Agreement for Reyna to fully exercise its option on the Property are as follows:


Mandatory Payments:

● On or prior to February 1, 2024: USD$100,000 in cash and USD$200,000 in common shares of Reyna (based on the 30-day VWAP of Reyna’s common shares on the TSV Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) prior to the date of issuance)

● On or prior to October 1, 2024: USD$150,000 in cash and USD$100,000 in common Shares of Reyna (based on the 30-day VWAP of Reyna’s common shares on the TSXV prior to the date of issuance)


Option Payments:

● On or prior to February 1, 2025: USD$225,000 in cash

● On or prior to October 1, 2025: USD$150,000 in cash


In addition, the Amending Agreement acknowledges that Reyna has fulfilled all of its required exploration expenditure obligations under the Option Agreement. In the event that Reyna does not complete certain staking obligations on or prior to February 1, 2024, the mandatory cash payment due on that date will be increased by USD$50,000.


The Amending Agreement and the issuance of Reyna common shares under the Option Agreement remain subject to the acceptance of the TSXV.

"November 8, 2023 - Vancouver and Hong Kong – Reyna Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSLV; OTCQX: RSNVF; FRA: 4ZC) ("Reyna'' or the "Company") is pleased to report high-grade intercepts in 3 out of 4 holes in the 1,335 metre 2023 Drilling Campaign at its 6,561 hectare Medicine Springs Project in Elko Co., Nevada (See Press Releases of January 5 and June 9, 2023). Combined with the results from the 2022 drilling program (See Press Release of January 17, 2023), strong silver and zinc mineralization has been found in 7 out of 9 sub-parallel structures cutting through an area 660 m wide and 1.75 km long. All the structures show multiple stages of high-grade mineralization surrounded by wide zones of dispersed mineralization. The structures continue in both directions well beyond the initial drilling area and many additional structures along and adjacent to the corridor remain to be tested.


Importantly, a Magneto-Telluric (MT) geophysical survey (See Geophysics section below) and detailed structural analysis were also completed this summer, and the combined results indicate that the mineralized corridor trends towards an anomaly that coincides with the strongest copper values encountered to date. This may indicate the location of the system’s intrusive center where mineralization is potentially extensive.


These results reinforce Medicine Springs as a prime candidate for a large-scale, well-mineralized CRD System and the technical team is incorporating all these new results into a refined district model for drilling next season.


Highlights

MS23-008 within 44 metres of dispersed mineralization cut several high-grade veins, the best of which was 1.32 metres grading 330 g/t Silver, 11.9% Zinc and 3.4% Lead.

MS23-007 within 56 metres of disseminated mineralization cut by several high-grade veins, the best of which was 1.54 metres grading 304 g/t Silver, 3.5% Zinc and 2.1% Lead.

MS23-006 cut 2.35 metres of 217 g/t Silver.
