One of my latest mining stocks is 60 North Gold Mining Ltd.

They are restarting a small existing mine, but they have other deposits on the property that they are looking into developing too.

I recommended SXNTF on one of the mining threads a while back. Its not a long shot by any means, top notch management. They will be milling this month if they haven't started already and expect 1-3 ounces per ton based on past results. They will further company development by funding themselves from the current 100 tons per day that they will mill to prevent future stock dilutions from funding through stock sales. This is a brilliant strategy and should be used by exploration company's across the globe. Got in at .045 per share. They will do well...

Its very possible maybe higher! They will knock it out of the park, they will be cash flow positive within 90 days... 1 ounce per ton based on past results possibly higher is amazing, I cant believe very few have done their homework on these guys... Great to finally be in at the ground floor of a stock with such massive potential. Then there is the added bonus of gold being near all time highs to boot. The current massive inflation we are seeing will eventually cause money to flow back into PM's. Throw in a stock market correction and this stock will head way up.

Possibly, but I got in at .045 per share and snagged 200K shares. For every penny it goes up that's 2K in unrealized gains... Definitely not all in but when I find company's that have such great potential and earnings just around the corner with the added bonus of being in before the masses I would rather buy low than chase it up. Its at .059 right now and its still a great entry point if you get more... Another company with massive potential just around the corner is Ares mining (ARSMF) they mine (or will be shortly) fluorspar which is in high demand (also its deemed a strategic metal by the USG) and they are the only permitted mine in the USA. Me and the wife research a company's potential, she does the fundamental analysis on their numbers and I do all the other research then combine our findings and rate them on a 1-10 scale. An 8.5 and higher rating is usually fairly few and far between, SXNTF and ARSMF came in at a staggering 9.5! Extremely rare, so I loaded up on their stock at a great entry point. Even though it looks like the stars are lining up for these two company's and they are doing everything right that's still no guarantee that the stock will have massive gains, which is a reality in the stock market so I still have to focus on the risk not the reward. Its all about reducing variables so the perceived reward far outweighs the risk. ARSMF just entered a small correction phase and is showing great support at .51 per share and another great entry point. I snagged another 3K shares yesterday... Both company's are in the mining sector but mine two completely different products which keeps my portfolio diversified. Other than 60 north I sold off all my mining and exploration stocks in gold and silver, most of them had topped out. Investors are skittish in the gold and silver mining space right now, they buy one day on a PM rise then selloff the next when PM prices drop back down a little. Took some really good profits at the end of last year and a few months into this year. The time will come again to get back heavy into the miners... Overall I have tightened up my portfolio and only own 7 different stocks right now. Moved 50% into cash, I am getting a bad feeling the stock market is topping out in general and bubbles are getting squeezed I am trading very cautiously.

Funny, some of what you've done is exactly what I've been doing too. My list of mining stocks has dropped from about 40 companies at beginning of the second half of last year to about 10 now and I've been trimming those down and going into cash, but since I'm sitting on a pile of cash I've not been rushing at selling winners. So I've been doubling up on the keepers for now. I will look at ARSMF as that one hasn't appeared in my crystal ball. I think being in the SM come next fall might be a bad thing.
