    Peter Hug worked for kitco. He was often interviewed by Kitco commentators in their video series. He was a long time industry guru who had a strong feel for the PM markets. He was a kind gentleman who shared a lot of useful perspective in times of market turmoil. He will be missed. His shoes are not easily filled.

    This is no longer posted in the Fed Minutes of January 2008, but still quoted here - https://www.nbcnews.com/id/wbna22592939. The FOMC minutes still quote MR. Reifschneider. as stating the same thing.
