So I was going through a box of junk in the attic . . . . . .
And found this book:
Copyright 1990, so it's a little dated.
It made me smile, because I remember buying it at an "Everything's A Dollar" store back in the day. It's amazing that one of the major themes was a fear that the United Nations was going to invade South Africa to secure the platinum supply needed for catalysts (this being before the end of Apartheid).

And somewhere between then and now I have seen with my own eyes Platinum north of $2000 /oz . Today, it may be working it's way back up the hill.

Really hoping to once more see a 1:1 p/g ratio. would be nice just as the 1:32 p/s ratio I got all of my platinum at. think of trading 32 oz of silver for 1oz of gold!
