I bought three because they were paying interest on the stake and 4 and 5 and 6% is way more than the .1% the bank is paying on deposits.

    Hi t00nces,

I guess we got the answer, for the moment.

Secondly, as said you are quick want to move on - the guess stated "in the next weeks". It's only been about 4 days. Now, my guess may be totally wrong and we never come back to these levels again but as they say, "your guess is as good as mine" so perhaps you'll be correct, or not.

Unfortunately I did not have any open orders for low cost LTC so missed that dip to 207 and probably won't chase it up here at what , nearly 244 or something? I did have open BTC order for down near my guess which - so far - was not filled.

We will see how this all plays out in the years ahead.
I canceled the BTC order I had in but I might jump in on BTC if it does get down to that area. Or not. I'm somewhat skittish about BTC except to keep what I have.

Most of the time I'm mistaken about these things, and many will say "That low? No way"...

LTC is 242, so u r still green from 191 entry

Most of my LTC was bought on the dip to $55. I don't really keep track of buys much at this point so I missed your comment on the $191 entry.
I've been getting some fills here in the $315 areas. Have no idea if it will settle down or keep going down. I didn't sell any above 400 but I had thought about it. Thought about it doesn't do anything though.

I thought I had but just checked and actually didn't pull it. So still have an open BTC order at 45,956. Looks like the low yesterday was near 46,300 so I missed getting filled by a few hundred. There is still plenty of time, and possibility, for BTC to get under 46k and maybe lower - we talkin' about...well, you know.

OK, but how do you think the ransom might impact crypto, since it was paid in crypto? Good? Bad? Doesn't matter?

It will affect their network security more than it will affect BTC.

it was ill advised decision to pay off the hacker. After paying and got the algo from the hackers to reverse the encrypted network codes, it was too slow and colonial eventually use their backup program to re-boot the system. Wasted $5M

So, no issues with using Crypto as ransom payment. That is what I hear you all saying.
