well if you like going for a ride than that is what you pay, rhodium on a given day makes $500 to $3000 (USD) moves Up or Down. production has stopped for a lot of products so the premium is high.

No it doesn't and it is only since the past 12 months that it has decided to move.

Up until that point it has barely moved since 2008!!!

There is no guarantee that this will move back up and the current offer is ridiculous!!!

The spread was no more than $200 an Oz when I purchased mine.

    It is ridiculous.

I am in their pool and I hold quite a few oz's. I never paid anything like that when I purchased mine, it was barely no more than $200.

I want to purchase some more right now but there is no way I am paying $3000 over the bid price in this climate when we are going into recession.

    Have Kitco gone mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I agree but those spreads are biased of current situations and risk. All I was saying was that rhodium is having wild swings.

It is but have you noticed that when it is going up it is only going up by $500, and when its going down its between $1500 - $2000.

It only needs a couple of days to get to below $1000.

Rh never used to move in those ranges and when it used to go up $500 was considered amazing.

    Something not right here.

Yee but you can't have the ups without the downs, in my opinion rhodium is doing fine considering the situation and for the kind market it is known for. The average people are not buying anything but food and medication because they currently have no income until virus is contained. People like W.Buffet or people with money are buying automotive, airline/airplane, banks, oil companies as they seem to be a steal as long as they dont go under or get bailed out as some are "too big to fail." First world countries over time will get past it but the poor countries like Africa will not get by as they dont have money for water, food, or medication. The key thing right now is liquidity for most companies when they need cash they sell assets that's why there called Assets.

There was a time years ago that i weighted getting in. The spread and the form where 2 of the reasons i just went all into Pd instead of splitting that allocation between them. I wish you luck getting out.

    I can't get out and I can't get in.

Well I could but both would be madness.

PD Is doing well and I hope that it continues.
