Default FED injecting liquidity, Black Swan?

Maybe it's time to make a new thread about this "issue"...this is not a healthy pattern

    Yesterday FED injected $37 billion
    Today FED injected $76 billion

FED has been doing this since September 17th and will do this till 4th of November.

Not a good thing that this has become a necessity for the banking system.

Debt market is suffering a quiet meltdown. Billions in loans
lost in face value. The lenders can get 80 cents or less on
    the dollar.

Theirs those abbreviations again. CDO's, or CLO's, packaged into bonds. They have CMO's to, probably others.
They rate based on historical performance vs. real time?

And, here is a quicky on the CDO and the GFC, it's been about 10 years, just a trip down memory lane.

Does that make REPO's QE then?

    Today they injected $88 billion!

Gold hammered again, I see a trend..Let them do it, fake paper hit by fake paper.

I'm also rather sure that these FED actions won't stop on 4th November but get ramped up.....will be fun to watch in the end.

Oh, the road is clear, the fed buys " stuff " ( what stuff is a question mark; a promise for sure, and we do not know at how many pennies to the dollar ), so they get dollars probably more than they would get for their stuff when sold on a " real " marketplace.

The European CBank has been doing this already for years.

It is a way of burying losses over time.

This can go on until the blob of dung becomes too biig or the pressure too urgent. The Central banks are a kind of toilets. Mme Lagarde will be "Mme Pipi" and Powel is the toilet manager.
