    Default Investing in mining companies

    From Rick Rule:
    ------------------

    A few points:

Most important thing is to identify serially successful people
    and stick with them.

You need conviction. Average holding period for a mining company
to go up 1,000 % is cca 5 years. During these 5 years, the company
might have big draw downs. However, to have the conviction you
need to be educated, to be able to analyze yourself. Price is only relevant
when it differs much from the value. Do not follow the price alone.

We are not rational fact gatherers. We collect info that is convenient
    to our prejudices.

Your expectation of the future is set by the immediate rather than the
    distant past.

Rick Rule is not afraid to invest in politically risky jurisdictions, like
some countries in Africa. He was burned even in the so called good
    politically jurisdictions, like British Columbia.

To invest in lithium mining stocks would be safe in compare to invest in other companies.
Mining Stocks are in trend for long term too.

You should take into consideration that the majority of those companies is just a scam. As for me it's very risky to invest in stuff like that

Newmont and Barrick are actively looking for acquisitions.

Last two weeks have seen 6 billion $ in buyouts.

The report lists companies potentially to be involved.

The key is to diversify and I would recommend US Global's gold mining fund - USERX

I own the following stocks, and I believe all of the following had good to great gains.
Some were held prior to the start of 2019, while some were purchased during the year.

    AG, First Majestic Silver
    BTG, B2Gold
    CDE, Coeur Mining
    FNV, Franco-Nevada
    FSM, Fortuna Silver Mines
    HMY, Harmony Gold
    NEM, Newmont
    PSLV, Sprott Physical Silver
    SAND, Sandstorm Gold
    WPM, Wheaton Precious Metals

Down a little due to acquisition: KL, Kirkland Gold
Down, purchased about 3 months ago, will give it 3 months more: RGLD, Royal Gold

    Do Your Own Due Diligence.

The gains were good due to rapid rises in gold and silver prices starting at the end of May 2019.

    K92 Mining KNT-Vancouver Stock Exchange

I have just watched at TV BNN (Business News Network) an enthusiastic
    presentation of this company.

    Points in case:

K92 Mining and Kirkland Lake are the only companies with a gold grade
    over 20 grams/tonne

K92 Mining is expected to grow production over 30 % year over year

The chart says it is a good company

Mining companies are leveraged to the price of gold. If the price
of gold increases, EPS (profit) increases even more.

    https://www.dollarcollapse.com/gold-...cks-dividends/

As the price of gold is now increasing, the gold companies generate
more cash flow, which is mostly directed to development but partially
is now being directed to dividends. Eg Newmont increased its dividend by 79 %.

Obviously that makes gold companies even more attractive.
