Like I said to you last year.

Keep the faith and just watch it climb.

The path may not be straight but one day it will eclipse its all time highs and people will have regretted missing the ship.

    Get on while you can.

Rh is silently rising while everyone is watching their Silver and Gold bob up and down in the ocean.

yep, i may just swap out some of my silver for rhodium even at these prices. i have more faith in the rh gamble than the ag gamble going forward for a couple years. midiman, what current resources do you have giving credence to your thinking?

With the confidence you seem to have on Rhodium value -- did you go all in when it was sub 1K (down to $600) not to long ago? Didn't here to much talk about RH then, seemed like I was the only one watching at times. Having seen those lows, no way I'm holding on to all now -- sold half recently, will sell the other half shall it go up to $3K an ounce. And I'll buy again if the lows return....

The 'old buy low, sell high plan, never been one to run with the lem..........

Simply don't get why those who needed Rhodium did not gobble it up when sub $1000, and now need to buy over $2k. The main reason I did not get more was the buy-sell spread, but that's not something that those who need it industrially would worry about.

Rhodium will never reach $10K again. If you research why it hit $10K, it was because of a mass panic due to a misunderstanding in the supply of Rhodium in 2008. Manufacturer's panic'd and desperately bought as much as they could as fast as they could think their would be a shortage. Once the misunderstanding was realized, the price dropped right back down. This will never happen again.

Rh moves in $20's and ag move in cents.

I've seen Rh move $150 in a day.

Therefore it will only take a couple of movements to blow the annual return of ag away.

I am fairly sure that we will see $3000 or more by year end.

    No I didn't because I always freeze.

    But I wish I did.

Rh has been too low for too long and its about time that it went back up to where it belongs price wise.

Why did you "freeze"? Thought it would fall to sub $400/oz when $600/oz? Or, uncharacteristically for Rh - -just sit at sub $1000 for decades?

My issue was buy-sell spread, which gets even worse if you trade in physical. Now I see that Rh should just be a paper play. Way to volatile to stack, your choices are to limited to make it something fun, and shall their come a time when only physical mattered -- liquidity of physical RH would probably be even worse then it is today.

Why are you "fairly sure" Rh is going to 3k? Is this based on reduced platinum mining? Or increase in demand? Seems to me that if you worried about getting Rh at $600 oz, there is even more to worry about getting it now - given more room to drop.

I have about 13 ounces and Im not too bothered about what it does because I have enough.

Anything above $2000 is a bonus.

I could have bought plenty more at $600 but like I said I froze and didn't want to risk it.

I'm not going to add any more at these levels either because I am all in Cryptos which could make me evena more in the shorter term.

But im liking the way Rh is gaining momentum and I can smell that something is brewing.

    Get on board the bus.

I've been on the Rh bus for some time - now I'm unboarding. It's platinum time.

Maybe if I grew up on digits, I would be in on the Crypto thing -- just can't do it, guess I'm old fashioned, and I like to feel real things in hand, I'm the same with women, though I guess now young men are told only to look and not touch?

When you said you "froze" -- thought you meant you did not get any at all. If you purchased 13 ounces at that time -- I say superb timing - you probably have the entire kitco community beat in terms of your PM value growth relative to all your assets over the last few years. You should be crowned "best PM investor" here at Kitco! Did you go physical with Rh -- or only digital? (Note -- for Rh, I now think digital or kitco pool trade is better -- I make no claim to purity).

So I'm curious Motocat, did you end up selling your rhodium and switching over to platinum? If so, did you sell back to an online dealer or go to a local dealer?
