Today we sold 811 shares of MPW at $8.43, taking a 29.18% loss.
We used these funds to buy:
7 "Shares" of 26 week Treasury Bills, CUSIP 912796ZD4 at $973.93 each, paying a 5.46% annual percentage rate. They pay out $1,000. each on 11/30/2023.
We now only hold 4.4% of our retirement funds in equities.

The S & P 500 has a potential 5 waves up from the low struck on May 31st, hitting 4,291 today. That could mean all of the uptrend off the October 2022 low is complete as there now is the minimum number of waves in place to consider it complete. There still could be an extension of the waves upward but a drop below 4,104 would bring the probability of a deep downtrend as the highest probability, in my OPINION, potentially for years in duration.

MPW was up over 6% early today. We sold when the gain dropped to being still up 5.23%.
We sold 731 shares of MPW at $8.96 taking a significant loss of 47.21%. Even after taking this loss we still have positive capital gains in the account YTD.
This brings our equity holdings down to less than 4%.
The S & P 500 hit 4,299 on 6/5/2023. The Sentiment based probabilities of the uptrend continuing remain higher than the imminent start of a significant pullback. Overhead resistance resides in the 4,323 region and support in the 4,244 region.
