nobody? just received kitco's promotion email, but no updates on any subscribed threads and this is the only forum that I'm having trouble with

What I think I've seen is if I don't visit the site for a day or more then the notices will start to come in but still not all of them.

Same here. I think an update was done to the forum last week as I remember a post from Customer Care about downtime for the forum. It seems as though the lack of subscribed thread notifications began earlier than that.
