Thinking about getting out of silver completely since I'm already in the green. Found someone to buy EVERYTHING over spot. Can't resist, meeting them tonight. Going to travel for Pt after I acquire the cash.

Sometimes a serious question seems to fall a bit sarcastic as text. I was not the one who first used the "magical" adjective. The question was a serious one. As I understand, Au/Ag is under 40 to swap silver for gold. I was wondering if there were a number that made the Ag4Pt swap advantageous?

Well for me it is 50:1 or less. All depends on what u purchase and from whom. Sadly premiums on platinum are outrageous so you must find low premium if trading at this rate. I look for $50.00 or less. If over the ratio must get tighter. Usually bars are less and there are some generics for less as well. IMHO.

Yeah. CL is good. When people post an ad about gold or silver I'll call and ask if they have Pt and keep me in mind.
