New password form

When I am forced to change my password as it is 180 days old it also insist I enter my old email address as if I have to change that too.

The nice thing is it does not make you change your password, you can use the same password again.

i think i will soon have the same problem and i do not remember my old one because by accident i clicked one day on the automatization...These passwordchanges ( not only kitco one ) are a ( necessary) PAIN in the NECK.

I don't mind the password change but I was stating it requires you to enter your email address as if it were a new address too.

I'm pretty sure that's just a misleading vBulletin form. If you look at the user settings for changing password and email the clue is in "Edit Email Address (Optional)"
(that should have your existing email present, which you leave unchanged), so when you change your password just fill in that part and ignore the email part.

No if you leave the email blank you get an error. It forces you to re-enter your old email again even if not changed.
