The mint will let you know when they ship. Or you can check your order history to see when the order went to fulfillment. If they hit your card, you are reasonably sure to get what you ordered. Only one time in my dealing with the mint, did they take the money then reverse the order and call it cancelled, but hey, you never know when you are doing business with the government...
P.S. Those hardwood boxes are going to be an important part of the original packaging along with the C.O.A., so you might want to reconsider having the Gold Mercury Dime slabbed...

All you need to know about First Strike Label eligibility here http://www.pcgs.com/firststrike
It's based on the date the coin was released. You have to submit to PCGS and NGC no later 30 days after release, in this case 5/21/16.
If I'm not mistaken, you may be able to submit to NGC (or PCGS) still in the shipping box unopened after 30 days as long as the date on the shipping label is within 30 days. Don't hold me to that though.
I guess I should have ordered one. Oops.
I don't a simple reply or post option , the only way I can reply is "reply with quote" strange
Anyway , thanks for all the input. I'm going to PCGS slab my two and save the original packing. I thought about throwing a raw MS silver dime in the airtite the gold one came in if or when I sell.
I'm hoping to hold , I want 2 graded 3 coin sets of these , I love the walker and Mercury dimes so these are special to me , plus I really do like the quarter. It wouldn't hurt my feelings tho if I had a chance to sell one set to pay for the other, that's the only way I would let me go.
These are the labels to get for these make sure to follow the instructions to get special lables
