Are you using the Link button instead of the Insert Image button? Hover the mouse over it and it will display its description.

I tried using the insert image button , the insert link button, and copy and paste the url, still the picture doesn't show up just a link to the picture comes up...here I'll try again to just posting the url....

That is strange, because your link appeared with [URL] tags, whereas you want [IMG] tags that should be inserted by the image button, and should work like this (putting the IMG tags in by hand):

For some reason I don't have that "picture of mountains" logo option.

Oh, you noticed. Sorry. Kitcomm seems to be protecting against copying the image location. So, I borrowed a similar icon with the same function from another forum. Sorry for the confusion.

I give up, I've tried everything I can think of to get a picture to show up, nothing is working for me.... I don't have this problem with any other website. Posting pictures is usually a snap for me. Something stupid is messing me up....

When you post on other sites does it give you a code to copy and paste?

I just add my url from Photobucket into the image insert button and poof it appears in the post as an actual picture. Not so on this site.

Send yourself a pm on the other forums your method works on and then copy and paste the url code here. Or try copy and pasting the url code from photobucket and add [img]insert url code here [/img]
