Andrew Maguire - A figment of your imagination?

I can't find the source now but I remember reading that Andrew Maguire (the whistleblower) doesn't actually exist. The article mentioned that the name doesn't come up anywhere on any lists or such like and this person is an actor playing out a role.

Can anyone else shed any light on this?

I'd also like to find out about this. I'm dealing with a know-it-all poster on another forum. He keeps bringing up Maguire with articles from 3 years ago. I haven't heard anything about this guy recently. If he turns out to be an actor, I'm gonna have a good laugh.

It was actually the documentary that jogged my memory as to this titbit.

Someone had put together a really well thought out post when the bloke first came on the scene and it mentioned how there was no "trail" to him in the usual places you would expect to find one. Tie this into the fact that he says everything a gold/silverbug wants to hear and you have to wonder, whilst he may not be the hero you need, is he the actor you've got?

Who does/did he work for? What are his qualifications? Accrediting bodies he is a member of?

You all know yourself the whole game is smoke and mirrors, what if he's but another charade? Does anyone one of you have any proof to the contrary of what I state or anything that verifies him independently of his own word?
