it's in the mail, crossing my finger.
the same seller texted me and offer to sell another 20 franc to me
It's a 1886A 20 franc Angel ungraded but had MS64 written on the 2x2 flip. From her not too clear photos it looks like AU58-MS62 range.
She asked for same price as last one but i gave her melt (more) instead, shipping included.
She's happy, i'm happy. It's in the mail.

that is a good price, but the coin is q1886 A minted 6.915 459 pcs is the thirf highest production of the whole Genie 1861 to 1870 A and BB series.

there exists also an earlier small 1848 Aand 1849 A Genie ( angel ) series.

So yr coin is not rare, but including shipping a good price, I also would buy ( if I could get )

Here these coins command 14 pct premium at the LCS.

    thx for your feedback
i did see this coin as bullion, not a rare coin, that's what i told the seller which she lowered her initial ask price back
to my 1st coin price at 7.5% below melt. She says she still learning, and said often she end up selling at what the buyer had suggested after learning about the coin. I gave her melt (22 USD more) because i want to retain good relationship with the seller, hoping she give me first dip on future coins she's ready to sell. although i have no clue what she have but I did give her a short list on coins that i prefer

back to the coin, it is 1886A, i think you got the wrong series.

1886 mintage is in the middle of the pack, relatively speaking, 984 875. Yes, not rare.
I do hope it's would be MS60 or better, so the suspense has not ended yet.

    no problem
buying from private hand is more enjoyable as every PM coin/bar/nugget sold or bought has a neat story behind it.
