Consumer Sentiment Index in U.S. Increased in August

Confidence among U.S. consumers rose in August, a sign the biggest part of the economy may soon stabilize.

Not now!

more statistical lies from the goobment ... I wonder if they asked

any of the multitudes of unemployed what their sentiment is ??

the fed will be bailing out the fed, buying at the auctions, trillions more

Quantitative Easing coming around the corner, job growth around

....... +/- .000011 for the next couple years ... yeah.

the 3 card monte game is about done.

Glad I got some Gold and Silver, here comes the pain.

The poll was probably done on the way into a popular burger joint with a clown handing out vouchers for free burgers before asking them about their consumer sentiment.

Isn't August only half over? Comparing half of a months sentiment versus a full months average is BS. Sounds like something to help prop up the house o cards and make the sheep invest more in the market.
