Hi,
I have created below two accounts for London Fix Gold and Silver Market Alerts and I received Gold rate alert successfully but I didn't not get Silver rate alert.

So could you please help us how to get London Fix Silver rate alert.


Gold:- jacmel.test@gmail.com
Silver:- jacmel.silver@gmail.com

I am unsure as to why this service is not working for you. We can definitely ask out IT department to take a look and verify that all is functioning. However, before we do so, given we have thousands of subscribers and no one else has reported anything, I would first ask you to please take a minute to take a look that you indeed do have alerts set up to be triggered at certain levels specifically for silver? If no specific alert is set, it is normal that nothing is being received.

Hi,
I need daily reports containing the AM and PM London Fix prices of Gold and Silver.
And Please see the attached screens of Alert setup and receiving mail alert for Gold and Silver.

Let me know if anything change in setup for Silver?

Checking off the London Fix alert, like you did, should yield the email shown in the second picture. The hourly reports are received when you tick off specific hours on the menu to the left of the one used for London Fix daily alerts. I hope this helps.

Hi,

I don't want hourly reports, I need London Fix prices of Gold and Silver from right side, but I received London Fix prices of Gold price alerts perfectly.
Now the problem is only for London Fix prices of Silver.

Thank you Ramesh! We are currently testing this feature to make sure it works and will follow up with you once it is either confirmed as functioning or fixed in event it does not work properly.

The issue has been resolved. You should be getting the Silver Fix alerts on a daily basis now.

Hi,

We are receiving daily reports containing only the AM London Fix prices of Silver,but Gold receiving both AM and PM London Fix prices.
We required PM London Fix prices of Silver also, so please validate and let me know.

Dear Ramesh,

Unlike for gold, which the LBMA issues both an AM and PM price for, silver only gets 1 average fix price per day, issued in the morning along with the AM gold price. There is no PM silver price to speak of.

Hi,

Now we did not get London Fix prices of Silver and Gold alert on below dates.

29/04/2016 - Gold London Fix PM
02/05/2016 - For both Gold and Silver London Fix rates.

Please look into this and let me know why not getting alerts.

The 29th is a Sunday, therefore no London fix rates are issued. The LBMA (the entity that issues these prices) was closed on 05/02. Therefore, no price was posted for this date.

Hi,

29/04/2016 is Friday, did not get Gold London Fix PM but got Silver London Fix PM.
And even on 03/05/2016 also not get both Gold and Silver London Fix rates.

Hi,

We received alerts since 5/5/2016 of both Gold and Silver but Silver alert not getting since 11/05/2016.
Please help us to maintain consistency alert messages.

Dear Ramesh,

We have set up accounts for testing, which have been receiving these notices consistently. I would suggest verifying the spam settings on your email account, as your notifications may be getting intercepted.
