(via The Guardian on Kitco.com) - The Serious Fraud Office has launched a criminal investigation into alleged rigging of the GBP3-trillion-a-day foreign exchange markets.

Where does one draw the line between fraud for fun and serious fraud?

They were found guilty in the first round of investigations.

Besides the obvious feelings that these guys should go to jail...but magically don't,

ny question is, "where do the fines go?" Do they end up at the treasury?
